Covid Cabinet Papers: 4 October 2021

Matthew Hooton made this Official Information request to Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet should have responded by now (details and exceptions). You can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Matthew Hooton

Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,

This afternoon, the Prime Minister made a number of announcements related to Covid-19 based on decisions at a Cabinet meeting earlier in the day.

Under the OIA, please provide me with copies of all Cabinet papers and other written material considered at that meeting relevant to the Covid announcements.

Thank you

Yours sincerely

Matthew Hooton

Dear Information [DPMC],

I have received your response.

Please provide greater clarity over the meaning of "in the coming weeks". If this means November, I will not bother the Ombudsman, and take up more of your time, with a complaint.

Yours sincerely,

Matthew Hooton
