The Ministry of Health does not hold any information relating to your
request; however, I have been advised that this information may be held by
New Zealand Post. For this reason, the Ministry of Health has decided to
transfer your request to NZ Post under section 14 of the Act. You can
expect a response from NZ Post in due course.

You requested: from Dr Brian Roche a fulsome (as is possible) description

I confirm that Brian Roche's visit to Las Vegas in 2010 was unconnected
with NZ Post and that NZ Post does not therefore hold any information
concerning that trip.
