Dear Angela Hare,
Thanks for your reply.
The area marked is the centre of the reserve (as per the GIS viewer?). The reserve itself in practice on the ground, covers all the grassed and tree areas up to the footpaths bounded by the roads - Emily place on two sides of the triangle, and Eden Crescent/Shortland street on the South side of the triangle.
Q3. I am really trying to understand a) the legal status of the reserve, but also b) who exercises final authority over it (which I assume would be the legal owner). But I appreciate there may be operational authorities exercised over it too which I am also interested to know about. In simple terms that might be expressed as 'Who do you have to talk to to get things done in the reserve?'
Yours sincerely,
Adam Parkinson
