Dear Ministry of Health,

Up to and including 29 May 2021 there was

1 death from the vaccine that was still under investigation

There are now 18 under investigation

Either the Ministry of Health are not completing these investigations or are hiding the results of these 18 deaths so as to not attribute them to the vaccine.

I urgently request what the process is for these investigations and also the results of these investigations. Each week the deaths from the vaccine continues to tick up 54 now with the authorities refusing to acknowledge that this vaccine is causing the deaths and attempting to hide this from the public.

For expediency and the likelihood that this request will not be provided in detail I will refer this direct to the Ombudsman.
