Might I please request a copy of the regulations made in accordance with these two sections of the Family Violence Act 2018 (or internet links to them):
49 Regulations: general
The Governor-General may, by Order in Council made on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, make regulations for all or any of the following purposes:
(a)
specifying types of non-standard services (for the purposes of the definition in section 8 of prescribed non-standard service), types of standard services (for the purposes of the definition in section 8 of prescribed standard service), or both:
(b)
prescribing for the purposes of all or any of sections 56, 71, and 212—
(i)
the process to be followed by a person or an organisation seeking an approval by way of an application (see section 56(2)(a), 71(2)(a), or 212(2)(a)), the process to be followed for an own-motion approval (see section 56(2)(b), 71(2)(b), or 212(2)(b)), or both; and
(ii)
the criteria that the Secretary must apply when deciding whether to grant, suspend, or cancel an approval (for example, criteria for when a person or an organisation may under section 212(4) be granted or hold both an approval to undertake assessments for, and an approval to provide, prescribed services):
