Why have the Overview of Vaccine Reports stopped?

Anna made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health

This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.

From: Anna

Dear Ministry of Health,

Every week, since the beginning of the covid vaccination roll out, Medsafe has published an 'Overview of Vaccine Reports.' These include reported adverse events and reported deaths.

The last report went up to August 21st. We should have had another two reports by now, however they have not been pubilshed.

Can you please:
a) release the reports
b) advise as to why they have not been posted

Yours faithfully,

Anna Mair

For your information those reports are published on a two and a half week delay. E.g. the 21 August report was published on 8 September.

Dear OIA Requests,
I see that it is normal for reports to be a couple of weeks delayed.
This latest report is three weeks delayed, so I will submit a new request if it doesn't appear in the next week or so.
Thank you for your time.

Yours sincerely,

Anna
