of adverse events following immunisation (AEFI) reported with COVID-19

For all other medications (including vaccines), adverse reactions can be
searched on the Medsafe website

Please also note that reporting of adverse reactions is voluntary,
although anyone (a health professional, government organisation, or member
of the public) can make a report.  Adverse reporting monitoring is
undertaken by the New Zealand by the New Zealand Pharmacovigilance Centre
at the University of Otago under contract to the Ministry of Health.

per vaccine, for all vaccines that have been used in New Zealand to date
along with the total number of persons who received the vaccine in total
and a calculation of the percentage of adverse reactions verses the total
number of people who took said vaccine:

Kia ora,

On the Medsafe website you can use the product search (which shows you
approved medicines in New Zealand, but it will also show you previously
approved medicines/vaccines and the date it lapsed, or whether it is still
available).  

 

You can also use the same function to search for ‘applications’ of
medicines to see whether an application has been submitted to us. If it
has it will be updated and say ‘Application received’ or something
similar. When it is approved the ‘status’ will update accordingly.
