Dear S Rushton

Further to your Official Information Act request of 6 May, I would like to advise you that ACC is unable to provide you with the information you requested.

This is because the Core Item ID codes in your request only began being paid from 1/7/2013.

There are a number of other codes with similar descriptions that were paid prior to that date but ACC can't say whether they are for the exact same procedure or not.

To assist ACC to respond to your Official Information Act request, can you please advise me if you want ACC to proceed and provide you with the information that is available from 1/7/2013, using the codes you specified in your email.

I would appreciate if you could advise me within 24 hours.

Yours sincerely
