1. I would like to see the Pfizer vaccination status of current covid-19 cases. This page does not have the vaccination status.

2. I would also like to see the clinical trial summary of the Pfizer vaccine with the "delta variant". As you know the vaccine trial data is from 2020 and the delta variant outbreaks have been in 2021.

As required under the Official Information Act 1982, the Ministry will
endeavour to respond to your request no later than 22 September 2021,

Dear MoH
You mail people letters based on their date of birth and NHI number allowing them to then book their vaccination.
So you have NHI numbers being used to initiate the vaccination process. Those who take a PCR test also give their NHI number. What are you hiding?

vaccine with the "delta variant". As you know the vaccine trial data is
from 2020 and the delta variant outbreaks have been in 2021.
The Ministry of Health has decided to extend the period of time available
to respond to your request under section 15A of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act) as further collation is required.
You can now expect a response to your request on, or before, 28 September
2021.
You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
request.

You have not provided all the information. For those cases which are hospitalized cases, what is the vaccination status of all the hospitalized cases?

Dear Madam/Sir,
This MoH site also does not contain the vaccination status
https://nzcoviddashboard.esr.cri.nz/#!/ . When will the vaccination status of cases be available in line with the existing reporting? Due to the provisional approval of Cominarty, these types of outcomes are supposed to be tracked along with the drug's adverse effects. It would be expected that this information appear either on medsafe's site, or MoH site above.

Monthly disease reports done the ministry have vaccination status of those with whooping cough, and measles. I find it beyond belief that you do not have the vaccination status of Covid 19 cases along with their NHI number.
I will be complaining to the Ombudmans should this information request not be completed.
