There are new board appointments been made. May I kindly request you to provide how you call for public expression of interest, how your recruitment process like for these board positions. Also the pay rate of your board member.
During this recruitment drive, how many applications you have received and how many you have interviewed. What channel you have used to advertise the position to general public.
The frequency of your board meeting for 2020 and 2021. Full Board meeting minutes from January 2020 to now.
