Notification of partial transfer of your Official information Act 1982 (OIA) Request
Thank you for your email of 17 August 2021 requesting information about Callaghan Innovation’s board
appointments. Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982.

A. May I kindly request you to provide how you call for public expression of interest, how your
recruitment process like for these board positions. Also the pay rate of your board member.
B. During this recruitment drive, how many applications you have received and how many you
have interviewed. What channel you have used to advertise the position to general public.
C. The frequency of your board meeting for 2020 and 2021. Full Board meeting minutes from
January 2020 to now.
Parts A and B of your request have been transferred to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE)
under section 14(b)(i) of the OIA as the report you are requesting is not held by Callaghan Innovation but is held by
MBIE.
You will hear further from MBIE concerning this part of your request. You may also wish to follow up with your request
