Tena koe,

Thanks for your queries.

Regarding your first query, electricity retailers package together and
pass on to consumers the costs from the other parts of the electricity
supply chain, which include costs from electricity generation
(generators), transmission (Transpower), and distribution (distributors,
like Vector Limited). Along with a retailer’s own charges, these costs are
shown in the [1]bill the retailer sends you.

As to what law permits retailers to package up and pass on these costs;
this is not so much a matter of statute law, but rather the operation of
the wholesale and retail electricity markets. In simple terms, retailers
(traders) buy electricity from the wholesale market and sell it to
consumers and other end-users under contract (the retailer’s terms and
conditions with each consumer). The [2]Electricity Authority is primarily
responsible for regulating the wholesale and retail electricity markets.

I’m not sure I understand your second query on network securities. If you
email me with a contact phone number, I could give you a ring at a
convenient time to clarify and respond to it?

Kind regards,

Jude

Tena koe,

I refer to my email below, and specifically, my request to clarify your
second query below, which I’ve highlighted for ease of reference.

We have not received any response from you to my email below. Section
12(2) of the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) requires that a request
for information specify with due particularity the official information
requested. We do not consider your second query meets this requirement,
and, as required under section 13(b) of the OIA, we have sought to offer
and provide you with assistance in making a request that would meet that
requirement. We cannot provide that assistance if we do not hear back from
you.

We therefore ask that you come back to us by not later than 13 September
2021 if you wish to clarify and proceed with the second query in your
request. If we do not hear from you by that date, we will proceed no
further with the second query at this time.

Kind regards,

Jude

Tena koe,

As to what law permits retailers to package up and pass on these costs;
this is not so much a matter of statute law, but rather the operation of

Dear Jude Murdoch,

I do not believe that any retailer has any claim of right; to pass charges on to people, i am not referring to the principal in the SWIFT system; i am referring to the living woman in the flesh, who has a right to be provided with energy, energy should be free and should not be charged to living people;

I belive in Nikola TESLA's method of energy, i am aware that VECTOR has partnered up with Elon Musk under TESLA, where the method will assist in providing everyone in this world free energy; electric energy, a new system, compared to the current, which claims there is a debt; yet the debt is not verified;

https://www.vector.co.nz/innovation/vide... - Asia pacifics first grid scale Tesla powerpack; free energy;

My second request was regarding the security, each retailer has a security to provide to become a participant of the network; is the security taken from the SWIFT SYSTEM; is the security which is traded on the NZX, have a connection with the securities held with the registrar of BDM; Births, deaths and Marriages, for the sole purpose to identify the PRINCIPAL;

I am not a customer, nor am i a consumer, i am not a citizen or a resident, this is my land, my country, i am a living woman of flesh and blood, a sentient, affiant, sovereign born, a native whose bloodline descends from my chiefs anchored to this soil of this land, we are governed by our Royal patened fundamental constitution approved by King William IV of England 1835, our national flag which was erected on this soil 20 March 1834, is our native right of trade, published in the NSW gazette 17 August 1835, and that all my rights have always been reserved, as recorded, and that i have never knowingly, willingly or intentionally ever waived my rights, and our business is not with corporations, only that our basic needs must be met, it is our God given right to access energy supply, without hinderance;

Retailers who charge living men and women, do not have the right of claim to do so, nor do they have the jurisdiction; the law of the land protects all living beings; Universal law, is where our energy supply is provided from mother earth and the elements of the universe, common law, equity law, maxims of law;

Admiralty law and Maritime law, can only function in a corporate capacity, having no jurisdiction over the real living men and women, our neccesities we need is purely provided for by the universe; and not by you agents; agencies; corporations;

Instruments have been sent to the BDM known as births, deaths and marriages to amend, and update all accurate and not misleading information; in which the data provided by the retailer of ones information, sent to the network, identified through each ICP, does in fact have a connection with the data held with the registrar of Births, deaths and marriages; NZ; the security;

Yours sincerely,
Agent:
Authorized administrator and executor
