Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

I would like to request the following information from Accident Compensation Corporation under the Official Information Act 1982.

My request concerns the case of Appellant Peter John Firmin and his Accident Compensation Appeal Authority hearing.

I would like to know under the Act what the total costs of this case were, from 2005 when the Corporation declined to alter Mr Firmin's relevant earnings amount that had been in place since 1988.

This is a case that dates back 26 years and I am requesting all costs associated with Accident Compensation Corporation's handling of Mr Firmin's case.
