Dear Ministry of Justice,
Under the Official Information Act 1982 Native Affairs would like to obtain from the Ministry of Justice the court costs related to a criminal court trial.
The trial is for Timothy Aperahama MORRISON CRI-2012-004-015516 and was held at the Auckland High Court in April 2013.
We would also like to request all court documents in relation to the above case.
Timothy Morrison has given us his full cooperation with regards to Native Affairs telling his story and it is in his best interest that this request is acted upon urgently.
