Dear Clifton,
I am concerned the Agency are not more willing to provide copies information requested in order that the agency can show openness and transparency in its actions. I note that you ask for my request to be amended in order that it would take less time to collate and respond.
I understand, as an organisation using Survey Monkey, I would have expected that the Management Agency to have used one of the PRO versions for this survey. These pro versions allow for report writing on any field and therefore it should be entirely feasible and possible to provide a copy of the submission without disclosing the identity of the submitter
.
I can provide assistance to the Agency that will allow the MA to provide the information requested without revealing the identity of the writer.
I do not see the need at this stage to alter my request in any way.
