Subject: Official Information request - Allen and Clarke and Transgender guidelines

Dear Sport and Recreation New Zealand,

Allen and Clarke supported the work of the transgender inclusion guidelines. I request under the Official Information Act all notes (including written notes) of the meetings held by Sport NZ and Allen and Clarke about the guidelines (since 1 January 2021 to today).

This includes meeting notes:
from internal meetings held between Allen and Clarke staff working on the project, from internal meetings held by Sport NZ staff working on the project, taken from meetings held by Sport NZ staff and Allen and Clarke working on the project.

I refer you to section 2(5) of the Official Information Act: Any information held by an independent contractor engaged by any Department or Minister of the Crown or organisation in his capacity as such contractor shall, for the purposes of this Act be deemed to be held by the Department or Minister of the Crown or organisation.
