Please be advised that I am withdrawing this LGOIMA request on advice that lodging a LGOIMA request to council may create a conflict of interest with my role as a councillor. I invite interested members of the public to resubmit the question under their own name.

I have now been further advised that there is no conflict of interest problem with my making LGOIMA requests even though I am an elected member. I do, however, confirm that this request has been withdrawn and I will leave it to a member of the public to lodge a request along these lines.
