Dear University of Auckland,
I am writing in regards to the admission statistics of entry into First Year Biomedical sciences through undergraduate entry (non high-school leaver).
My questions are:
1) What is the average GPA a successful student in entry into biomedical sciences first year (specialisation)?
2) What is the minimum GPA of a successful student in entry into biomedical sciences first year (specialisation)?
3) How many undergraduate (non high-school leavers) are enrolled into first year biomedical sciences (specialisation)?
Yours faithfully,
Bristy.K

Dear Bristy,
I refer to your request of 11 July 2021. Under section 12(2) of the

information requested with due particularity. Please advise which
programme you are requesting data for. I note that, if you are requesting
data about the Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Sciences), there are no GPA
requirements for entry to this programme. As stated on the University’s

Entry to the Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science is limited.
Selection into this programme will require a higher standard than some
other programmes.
