This is an official information act request for the ethics application and approval for the "Dental Slim Diet Control Device" that appeared on One News on Sunday, 27 June 2021. I am also seeking any and all correspondence, procedures, and policies related to maintaining, monitoring, and sustaining the well-being of persons used in the trial.
