Dear Porirua City Council,

On 10 March 2020 the Senior Resource Consents Planner issued a ‘planning
report, recommendation and decision’ document in respect of an application
by Wellington Water Ltd to undertake bulk earthworks (council file
RC8000).

In respect of this application please provide me with the following:
- A copy of the specific text in the ‘planning report, recommendation and
decision’ document that records the Council’s decisions in terms of the
provisions of the RMA dealing with public notification and limited
notification of applications. Note - this can be provided either as an
extract from the ‘planning report, recommendation and decision’ document,
or as a copy of the document with the specific text highlighted.

In respect of the land use consent (and the corresponding conditions) to
which the ‘planning report, recommendation and decision’ document refers,
and in respect of the Council’s duty under section 35(2)(d) of the RMA to
monitor compliance with conditions of resource consents, please provide me
with the following:
- A copy of any delegation given by the Council (if any) that applies to
the Council’s duty under section 35(2)(d) of the RMA;
- A copy of any transfer of power made by the Council (if any) that
applies to the Council’s duty under section 35(2)(d) of the RMA; and,
- A copy of all correspondence between the Council and Greater Wellington
Regional Council that relates to the ‘agreement’ to which the note
applying to Condition 21 refers.
