Bus route 14

Rutger Keijser made this Official Information request to Wellington Regional Council

The request was partially successful.

From: Rutger Keijser

Dear Wellington Regional Council,

In February 2014 I sent an email sent to Metlink with regards to the poor service performance on bus route 14.
In response, the Team Leader Service Design of the Metlink Service Centre informed me via email (sent 24 February 2014) that bus route 14 had been identified as a route to review. He added 'we are currently looking at ways of improving the performance and reliability of this route'.

Could I please receive copies of any paper, report, file note or memorandum produced within the last 12 months that support the Team Leader's statement route 14 'has been identified as a route to review'?
Could I also please receive copies of any paper, report, file note or memorandum produced in the same period with respect to the actual review of route 14 itself?

If you have any queries related to my requests, please contact me via email.

Yours faithfully,

Rutger Keijser
