The OIA requires you to interpret my request broadly.
However, in fulfiling my request you have supplied me with a spreadhseet detailing the Missed Trip, Partial Missed Trip and Combined total number as KPIs and there is no explanation as to what these are.
Can you please provide me the defintion for these?
This does not amend the original request, therefore extending the timeframe, as this should have been provided with the response.
