Information Strategy and related information
Andrew Ecclestone made this Official Information request to Public Service Commission
The request was successful.
From: Andrew Ecclestone
Dear Te Kawa Mataaho / Public Service Commission,
Page 5 of the Privacy Impact Assessment for the Public Service Census (https://www.publicservice.govt.nz/assets...) refers to an 'Information Strategy' for the Commission, and "information polices and protocols under our Information Strategy". These are listed as:
• Information Management Protocols
• Information Release Protocol
• Information Collections Guidelines
• Confidentiality Guidelines
• Information Roles and Responsibilities
Page 10 of the Privacy Impact Assessment also refers to 'guidelines' produced under the aegis of the Information Strategy.
The link to the Information Strategy provided in the Privacy Impact Assessment does not point to a page on your website, but to a page on your intranet, at this location: https://sscnz.sharepoint.com/sites/intra...
Please provide me with a copy of the Information Strategy, and all protocols, guidelines and other policies, guidance, and procedures produced in order to implement the strategy and its associated policies.
For the purposes of section 16 of the OIA my preferred means of receiving this information is in MS Word, or the native file format of the software used to create the information or documents.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Ecclestone
