1) Have any of the rockets launched by Rocket Lab carried satellites equipped to send 5G electromagnetic radiation to earth? Are there any plans for Rocket Lab to be involved in the launch of 5G-enabled satellites in the future?

2) What regulations are in place to ensure that Rocket Lab's activities do not negatively impact the environment?
