Aid Programme documents

Scott made this Official Information request to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade

The request was successful.

From: Scott

Dear Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade,

Hope you're well. This is a request for information relating to New Zealand’s Aid Programme.

I request:

ONE: Copies of the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 Annual Assessments of Results

TWO: Noting that the Evaluation Operational Policy provides for withholding publication of activity evaluation reports under certain circumstances, I request, for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 reporting periods:

1) The title of all reports that have not been published on the MFAT website
2) The completion date of these reports (month and year)

If MFAT decides that there are reports for which the above details can rightly be withheld under the OIA, I would like to know how many are being withheld.

THREE: I request the number of Activity Completion Assessments produced for the 2019-2020 reporting period, broken down by whole of activity cost. Please break down costs by the thresholds given in the Activity Planning Policy, i.e:

1) Up to $500,000
2) $500,000 to $1.5m
3) $1.5m to $10m
4) Over $10m

FOUR: I request the same for the Activity Monitoring Assessments produced for the 2019-2020 reporting period, broken down in the same way.

Yours faithfully,

Scott
