Your request about emergency access and the temporary alterations to the
roading infrastructure in Henderson has been referred to Auckland Council
for response. This is because the project is being run by Panuku - an
Auckland Council controlled organisation and they hold the information you
have requested.

 

We have 20 working days from the date your request was transferred to us,
which was 9 June, to make and communicate our decision on your request.
 We are required to release all the information we hold unless there is a
good reason not to. This is explained in more detail in the attached
information sheet about our processes under the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA).
