Transfer of Information Request – Temporary Alteration to the Henderson towncentre 
 
I refer to your official information request dated 29 May 2021 regarding the temporary alteration 
to the Henderson towncentre. 
 
This letter is to notify you that Fire and Emergency New Zealand has transferred your request to 
Auckland Transport in accordance with section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA). 
 
 
The reason for the transfer is that the information to which your request relates is believed to be 
more closely connected with the functions of Auckland Transport.  In these circumstances, we are 
required to transfer your request. 
 
Under the OIA, Auckland Transport has 20 working days from the date it received the transfer of 
the request to respond to your original request.
