I would like some statistical information about the Minister of Local Government in their capacity as territorial authority for certain islands including Motiti Island.

Has the Minister ever issued a land information memorandum under s 44A of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987? If so, how many?

Has the Minister ever issued certificates of compliance under the RMA? If so, how many?
