Thank you for your email of 27 May 2021 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
Has the Minister ever issued a land information memorandum under s 44A of the Local 
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987? If so, how many? 
Has the Minister ever issued certificates of compliance under the RMA? If so, how many? 
I can advise you that the  Minister of Local Government, has issued two land information 
memorandums under section 44A of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 
1987. 
The Department has searched its records and can find no record of the Minister issuing any 
certificates of compliance under the Resource Management Act 1991.
