Dear Tony

You are correct that this is information that will now be published in the future, starting with the 2021 calendar year as we started our PTOM contracts under a year ago and do not have annual commerciality ratios. The data will be sourced, analysed and the PTOM unit breakdowns provided in January 2022, and made available on our website soon after that.

I understand that the NZTA has been in touch with Environment Canterbury with respect to the requirement to publish the Unit Commerciality Ratios.

I respectfully re-ask that Environment Canterbury provide a copy of the Commerciality Ratios for each PTOM Unit for each year as originally requested?

I would note the preferences outlined in the original request still apply.
