ISPs using the internet filtering program

Dear Department of Internal Affairs,

I would like to make an OIA request about the ISPs that are using, or have used, the DIA internet filtering program.

For each ISP, I would like to know:
1. The name of the ISP
2. The date it joined the filtering program
3. The date it left the filtering program (if applicable)
4. The number of clients it is putting through the filter

I note there are six ISPs on the list here [http://www.dia.govt.nz/Censorship-DCEFS-..., but the number of ISPs is recorded as nine here [http://www.dia.govt.nz/Censorship-IRG-Br.... Can you please advise which is correct.
