DSI Statistics 2020
Tim Adriaansen made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport
The request was partially successful.
      From: Tim Adriaansen

    Dear Auckland Transport,
A recent media release from AT claimed a successful reduction in Deaths and Serious Injuries (DSI) on Auckland roads during 2020.
However, the accompanying report also noted that 57% of DSI were road users outside of a vehicle (vulnerable road users) and that DSI for people on motorcycles had decreased.
Unfortunately, information for pedestrians, people on bikes and other vulnerable road users was not present.
Please provide what information Auckland Transport currently has available on DSI for all vulnerable road users during 2020, including numbers of deaths and numbers of serious injuries for pedestrians, people on bicycles, any other modal information (such as scooters, wheelchairs etc); broken down both by mode and month-by-month.
Yours faithfully,
Tim Adriaansen
