migration,

Click on this title and then go into the release for December 2013 - since
you are after annual figures.
Table 3 will provide short term overseas visitor arrivals by country of
last permanent residence.
There will be other countries with small numbers - please come back to me
if you require more.
Country of citizenship is available as a customised request and would cost
$173+gst to produce. The data is free but it is the time to do the
extraction that is the cost.

citizenship table.
