Currently waiting for a response from Wellington City Council, they must respond promptly and normally no later than (details and exceptions).

From: John Jacobson

Dear Wellington City Council,

I am interested in the Nairn Street Preservation Society, which appears to have a governing or marketing relationship with the Nairn Street Cottage, which is owned or managed by Wellington Museums Trust Incorporated. Please can you provide me with information you hold which:

(a) explains the legal status of the Nairn Street Preservation Society, since I cannot find anything about it on the Charities Register or the Incorporated Societies register;

(b) explains the relationship - if any - between Wellington City Council and the Nairn Street Preservation Society;

(c) a copy of the Nairn Street Preservation Society's rules or incorporating document

(d) any information which governs how events held at Nairn Street Cottage are to be marketed to the public.

Yours faithfully,

John Jacobson
