MIQ Status and scarcely available facilities

Dear Chris Hipkins,
Please clarify if you intend on opening any further facilities.
As you are well aware (hopefully) many people simply cant get a spot , or get a spot and no flights, There are thousands upon thousands of kiwis essentially stranded and you seem to do nothing about it. What's the point in opening the Australia bubble when you cant even facilitate a stable MIQ for willing kiwi's wanting to return home. 3rd world countries have easier access for their citizen's to return home than NZ does.
Kindly explain why?
