I am making this request under the Official Information Act.
Please provide a copy of the Traffic Crash Report, and any associated
photos, for the crash involving a Police vehicle and a member of the
public in Hamilton on 07/04/2021.
As required under the Act, I am a New Zealand citizen and currently
residing in New Zealand.

investigation to determine the outcome of this incident and
therefore any information relating to this case is withheld
