Response to this request is long overdue. By law Earthquake Commission should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Earthquake Commission,
I would like full documentation with relation to our scope of works, the meetings that were held in relation to the work that was not done, or done poorly by the builders. These were with Fletchers, EQC, and EQR. All documents, and all communications, pricings etc.
