Good morning Stephen,

Apology for the delayed response as we have only received the full hard copy documents from the Duty Commissioner end of last week. Is there any particular matter you are interested in terms of the application (e.g. plans or any particular expert report) as the full application is over 100 pages - however I can still send the full PDF version of these if you need.

Any query please feel free to get in touch

Dear Yasmin Tapiheroe,

Thanks for your response. I'm personally interested in

* the plans,
* if there are any, the expert reports on transport, urban/architectural design, and visual/amenity affects.
* anything relating to interaction with the City Rail Link,
* any public amenity (e.g. things like public access through the building) that was used to qualify for bonus floor area
* the planner's report and decision, particularly any conditions imposed as part of the consent.

Table of contents and summary (assuming they exist) would also be useful, since I don't actually know what's in the application.

However, this request is going through fyi.org.nz and I know other people are following it, so it's entirely possible that other people will make separate requests for other parts. I'm not requesting anything else at this point but you may be saving yourself time to just provide the whole thing. The second-tallest building in the country may attract some public interest!

Yours sincerely,

Stephen Davis
