Thank you for your official information request received by Council on Monday 7 December 2020.

Council is processing your request and will respond as soon as practical, no later than 20 working days from receipt of your request. However, please note that there are set days over the Christmas holiday period which are not classified as ‘working days’. The Ombudsman’s office advises that ‘for Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA) requests, the holiday period is 20 December 2020 to 10 January 2021 (inclusive). This affects LGOIMA requests submitted on or after 23 November 2020.
