    Tçnâ koe Mike,
Apologies for the quick response earlier. My system was having some IT issues and I was unsure whether I would be technically able to transfer your request until early next week, therefore it was preferable to direct you to make it to the agency directly. However I have just had the issue resolved, so I am now consulting on a transfer of your request to either Customs NZ or the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment, and will hopefully be able to notify this agreed transfer through to you by the end of the day.
