Dear NZ on Air team,
I hereby request, pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982, the following information:
In respect of the funding application and decision for "Alice Snedden's Bad News: Outsiders And Insiders" (the Project) and the funded party or parties, and anyone associated with the funded party(ies) that purported to represent them (the Applicant) the following:
- The application from the Applicant
- The description of the Project as submitted by the Applicant
- All internal correspondence (written, oral or however otherwise transmitted) relating to NZ On Air's decision-making
- All correspondence with the Applicant
- A statement from NZ on Air that there are no personal relationships or other conflicts of interest existing between the Applicant and any party involved in the decision-making.
