CCTV on Kepa Road
Henry Williams made this Official Information request to Auckland Council
Auckland Council did not have the information requested.
      From: Henry Williams

    Dear Auckland Council,
This is a LGOIMA regarding the security cameras on Kepa Road at Nehu Street, Orakei.
Who owns the cameras, and resulting footage? In whose possession is the footage? How long is it stored?
If the cameras record, or have likely recorded, an offence, is footage made available to private parties/victims if they request this? If not, why not?
If footage provided to any third parties (including the Police) on an ongoing basis (as opposed to on the basis of individual requests for specific investigations)? If so, please provide details
Finally, please provide daytime shots from each camera showing the current set up, to the extent that they shod whether the cameras cover the election hoarding and marketing signs?
Thank you.
