Dear Ministry of Justice,
I noted on your website,
https://www.justice.govt.nz/tribunals/co...
The Copyright Tribunal is made up of a chairperson and 5 members appointed by the Governor-General on the recommendation of the Minister of Commerce in consultation with the Minister of Justice.
The chairperson must be a barrister or solicitor of the High Court with at least 7 years' experience. The current chairperson is Professor S Frankel.
May I ask what is current members name and bio, the website only named the current chairperson. Also what is your selection process of it's member, e.g. whether you have call for public expression of interest. What is the pay rate for member and chair. What is the attendance rate for each member for the last 3 years, either actual year or financial year is ok for me as long as it is easy for you to gather the info
Yours faithfully,
john luke
