University of Auckland
Dear Alastair,
Your request of 11 October 2020 is the same as your request of 17 September 2020, except that parts 1-5 (inclusive) of your original request were for the years 2015-2019 and parts 1-5 (inclusive) for your current request are for the years 2017-2019.
The University has already provided you with the information requested in parts 1, 2, 6 & 7 of your 11 October request, in its publicly available response of 25 September 2020 to your request of 17 September. Accordingly, these parts of your 11 October request are refused under section 18(d) of the Official Information Act.
As stated in the University's response of 25 September, the information requested above in the other parts (3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 & 11) of your request is not readily available for the BPharm programme and cannot be provided without substantial collation or research. Although detailed admissions information has been provided in the past, and continues to be provided, for the University's MBChB programme, the same kind of information is not readily available for other programmes offered by the University, including the BPharm. Your request for this information is refused under section 18(f) of the Official Information Act. Neither extending the time limit, imposing a charge, or further consultation with you would remove the reason for this refusal. You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with this response.
Yours sincerely,
Rebecca Ewert
