Treasury advise on End of Life Choice bill impact on future welfare spending

Brendon Mills made this Official Information request to The Treasury

The request was successful.

From: Brendon Mills

Dear The Treasury,

Could you please forward me any advise, anaylsis or discussion documents regarding David Seymour's End of Life Choice Bill, particulary project impact on future welfare spending.

In other words, has there been any research undertaken on whether allowing the terminally ill and disabled to end their lives will mean the government spends less on the Supported Living Allowance and the Job Seeker Support benefits.

Yours faithfully,

Brendon Mills
