This can include sale contracts, press releases, discussion documents, tender documents, advise to ministers and the like.

I accept that commercial senstivity will constrain the information that can be given to me.

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities is collating the information you have requested, some if which has had to be retrieved from archives. The documents need to be reviewed and a consultation process undertaken to determine what information can be provided to you. As you are aware some content may be commercially sensitive. Some additional time is required as a result. Therefore I am extending the timeframe for responding to your request to 6 November 2020.
