Please find attached a summary of the 1999 transfer of Wairarapa stock to Trust House.  
 
In regard to BAU sales, Housing New Zealand does not categorise who properties are being 
sold to, aside from the First Home Ownership Scheme, Tenant Home Ownership, and 
Development Sales. 
 
Another quick query… 
 
When you ask about whether we did any other sales, and how they went- are you referring 
specifically to the Wairarapa region, or nationally and the scale of the sale to Trust House?

I think we may have something on hand about this but if not could you please pull together some 
background information on the sale of houses in the Wairarapa to Trust House.  
  
What process was used, how was this approached, numbers involved, outcome? 
  
Did we also do any other sales at this time and how did these go? 
  
I need a half a page on this by close of business Wednesday please.  
  
Also related, do we have any information on the BAU sale of properties and who these are being 
sold to? Are these investors, is stock being sold in bundles – I suspect that this may not be easy to 
find out but let me know what you can, within the same timeframe please.
