Please provide the following information on general admission from Health Sciences First Year (HSFY) to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Otago for each of the last 5 years (2016 - 2020).

1. The number of students that applied for the BDS under the general HSFY category.

2. The number of BDS interviews offered to general HSFY applicants.

3. The cut-off GPA for general applicants to be offered an interview.

4. The minimum number of seats available to general HSFY applicants.

5. The number of places awarded to HSFY applicants.

6. The number of applicants who are waitlisted each year.

7. The number of applicants who were offered a place into the BDS programme after being on the waitlist.

8. The lower quartile GPA of successful general HSFY applicants.

9. The median GPA of successful general HSFY applicants.

With regards to Section 12 of the Official Information Act 1982, I am a New Zealand citizen and located in New Zealand.
