Dear Transport Accident Investigation Commission,

I am looking to write a feature on safe driving and would like a document detailing the amount of car crashes caused by distracted drivers using cell phones.

I would like any available data on this topic for the years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and the year 2013 so far.
