Is it just me, or did Police forget to attach a bunch of documents?

The response letter refers to several documents that Police oddly say they "can provide", and it also says that some information in some of them has been withheld under s9(2)(a) of the OIA. This would imply the documents have been prepared for release, but as far as I can see none of them have been attached to their response.

"Police is able to provide you with guidelines regarding building procedures, personal protective equipment and the protection of family members."

"Police can provide documents on Police custody operations, blood and body fluid exposure and vehicle stop guidelines. Please note information has been redacted under Official Information Act 1982 Section 9(2)(a) to protect the privacy of natural persons."

"Police can provide documents on attending a known COVID-19 address."

I would also recommend you lay a complaint with the Office of the Ombudsman given Police's response to your request was unlawfully delayed by 11 working days. This is not acceptable under the law, and I see Police have offered no explanation of the delay.
